40’ Men players can play in two divisions, with the same or different partners but must pay two entry fees. If playing with two different partners, please use two entry forms, but one check or money order for payment is fine. 40’ Men_ Mixed Division (any pitchers) _ Elder’s Division___

No refunds for cancellations after the entry deadline
No fee for Juniors, and they cannot win prize money if they place.Only non-cash awards for junior winners.
